MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

When you call a clinic for an appointment, be sure to ask:

1. When they can give you an appointment

2. What services they offer

3. What their services cost (based on gestational age)

In order to get answers to these questions, you will need to determine how far along you are in the pregnancy.

You should have near you:

  • Pen and paper
  • Your schedule
  • Date of your last normal menstrual period
  • List of any questions you may wish to ask
  • Phone number where you can be reached
