How long will it take to download the video?
The videos are in MPEG format, which means that they will need to be downloaded in their entirety before you can watch them. The video will begin to play after a few seconds. The faster your Internet connection, the sooner the video will begin playing.

Where will I see the movie play?
When you click on the link, the video player will open in its own small window.

What if the video is not playing?
If you are having problems with your video player, check your preferences to see that the player is set up to play MPEG files.

What if I can't hear anything?
Ensure that your system's sound is turned up:

Macintosh:
Select the speaker icon from the control strip and increase the volume.
Or go to: Apple menu > Control Panels > Monitors & Sound > sound button > increase system volume.
Windows:
Select the speaker icon from the task bar and increase the volume.
Or go to: Start button menu > Settings > Control Panels > Multimedia > Audio tab > increase playback volume. (A sound card is necessary for audio playback.)
